I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 21 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Return window: 30 Days (Extended to account for weekends and/or holidays, both in Iceland and in the country the parcel is being delivered to)
-Starting from: "Delivery of last item in order" - In almost all cases I ship the entire order at the same time.
Once you notify us; you have 14 days to send the item back - You will receive the refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof it was sent). Please account for time on your bank/card statements, since it can take a few extra days to appear on your cards after we have refunded you.
We will refund the total order price - including standard shipping. All other special shipping is not refunded.
Cancellation rules:
Cancellation window: Until items is fulfilled - A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is shipped(fulfilled).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
